Maryam Faiz

Dr. Maryam Faiz is the Azrieli Accelerator Associate Professor of Neurodevelopment at the University of Calgary, where her lab studies astrocytes - how their diversity is established during development and how they respond to CNS disease and injury - with the goal of developing new approaches to brain repair.
