Worldwide Survey on AQP4- and MOG-IgG Testing Accessibility and Laboratory Testing Strategies

Antibody-associated disorders such as MOG antibody-associated disease (MOGAD) and neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) rely on antibody testing for accurate diagnosis. Access to reliable AQP4-IgG and MOG-IgG testing is therefore essential to the diagnosis, care and treatment of people with these conditions.

ISNI is pleased to support a worldwide survey on AQP4- and MOG-IgG testing accessibility and laboratory testing strategies.

The survey aims to map current access to AQP4-IgG and MOG-IgG testing around the world, better understand how testing is provided in different settings, and identify barriers that may limit access.

Who should participate?

Two surveys are available, depending on your role:

  • Neurologists – Requesters of AQP4-IgG and MOG-IgG testing
    This survey is intended for neurologists who request antibody testing as part of their clinical practice.

    This survey is intended for head scientists, immunopathologists and other laboratory professionals involved in providing AQP4-IgG and MOG-IgG testing.
