Claudia Cantoni, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Translational Neuroscience at Barrow Neurological Institute. She is a neuroimmunologist focused on autoimmune and neurodegenerative diseases, particularly multiple sclerosis (MS). Dr. Cantoni received her PhD in Molecular Medicine from the University of Milan. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Neurology at Washington University in St. Louis, supported by the Italian and U.S. MS Societies. Her research explores how environmental factors like diet and chronic stress influence innate immunity in MS.
