You can book your room by clicking here. You’ll be redirected to the accommodation page, where a step-by-step guide will walk you through the booking process. There are no extra costs, and booking is entirely optional.

Registration include participation in all scientific activities for students, all congress activities for ordinary participants (participation in the GSNI Pre-congress Course needs to be purchased), welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, lunches and the participation to the Gala Dinner of October 5th (please note: attendance must be indicated in the Congress registration form; if you have already registered, you can log back in and add the Gala Dinner).

Yes, a sponsor can cover your expenses, but the sponsor has to be found by you. ISNI is not searching for sponsors to cover travel or registration.

We encourage you to purchase a travel insurance (if you are not in the possession of one) as ISNI and EEM are not liable for any expenses you might have with regards to health, travel, fraud, lost items etc.

If your preference when you submitted your abstract was “oral presentation” and you do not get chosen to give an oral presentation – you will automatically be considered for a poster presentation.

The Gala Dinner will be held on October 6th at the New Otani Makuhari Hotel, located right in front of the official ISNI 2025 venue. Participation is free, but you must indicate your attendance in the registration form. If you have already registered, you can log back into your account and add the Gala Dinner. Please note that without this indication, participation will not be possible.
